Yo Ho Ho, Let's go

Twas a very rainy, blustery Saturday. Too wet to go anywhere. We had spent Friday cleaning up and getting the house ready for the weekend, so we decided to have a little staycation Imagination day.

Ava's current obsession (as of last Sunday I think) is Jake and the Neverland Pirates, and in particular, Izzy, the girl pirate.  I ordered her some figurines on Amazon on Thursday, with delivery planned for yesterday, so away we went.

We had to dress the part. Ava as Izzy

Then, we made the pirate ship

Then, we decided to make videos with the figurines.

It was a full day of imagination play, and it was fun and magical.  It is go great to be able to take time and just PLAY WITH our sweetie.
