My morning funny of the day:
Last night we were all playing and Scott accidentally scratched Ava's toe with his fingernail and made it bleed. We did the requisite clean and pamper and bandaid, and all was fine.
This morning when she woke up, she took off her socks and noticed her bandaid. She said "My ouchie on my toe still hurts mom". I, knowing how badly Scott felt last night about it, said "Oh sweetie, don't tell Daddy that. I will give it kisses".
Ava, exasperated, throws out her hands and says "But MOM, we are a family, we talk about things"!
What? And how cute are you? :)
